GENERAL

We offer digital products format! And we offer clipart designs for all who like to create and design their own projects!
You can find the: product name, photo indication (instant download products or clipart) and listing description.
Yes. One single set can be used commercially for up to 500 product pieces. No license required. Please see the terms and conditions here. For more than 500 product pieces you will need an extended license that can be find here.
You can’t resell our digital products but if you would like to share them on you school or mosque or community, you will need an extended license. Please see more here the licenses available.
For clipart, please check the clipart section.
1st: Check if your internet connection or browser connection is good and if you see an error box, please refresh your browser and try again in a few minutes. Usually it will work after that.
2nd: Check if you have an updated program to open the files. If you’re still having trouble with the download, contact us for assistance.
Most of our digital resources are PDF or ZIP files so check if you have updated the Adobe Acrobat Reader (free to download here) or other opening software!
Some of our resources has included the printing instructions however if you still need help with it please contact us for assistance.

After your purchase is made, you will receive an invoice email with a link to download the resource. If you could not see the email please contact us and we will resend it again!
Also, if you register on our website before the purchase, you will be able to access to it on “my account” page! (past, recent and future purchases)
BUT if you don’t register before the purchase you will not be able to access to the products from “My Account” page!
From the invoice email or if you registered on our website you can go to the “My Account” page and click “downloads”.
Sorry but due to the nature of digital products and clipart images, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations!
To access your account your will need to log in or create a new account.
If you can’t remember the password you will need to reset and create a new one (please follow the instructions on the screen).
We want the best for all so we made some changes and most of the previous products were all deleted ( buy or for free ones). Maybe you can still have access to them in the invoice email.

We offer standard license and extended license for digital downloads and clipart.
Standard license
– digital download : Permissible to use with all children in the same household/family or with all students within a single classroom setting. Not allowed to resell, share or distribute with others, please see more TERMS here.
– clipart: All products come with a Standard License for personal and commercial use. One single set can be used commercially for up to 500 product pieces. Credited required.
Extended license
– digital download : available up to 100 shares, 200 shares, 500 shares and unlimited shares. Check here.
– clipart: available for commercial, license green (production of 500 up to 1000 products – 1 single set) , license blue (production of 500 up to 1000 products – 5 single sets) and licence yellow ( unlimited production – 1 single set). No credited required. Check here.
1 single user per license.
After the confirmation of your payment you will need to send to info@ maryam-creative.com:
– Name of the product you are purchasing this license for
– your name
– email address
– order ID
– mosque or school or other group distribution name
Then we will send you back an email confirmation and it’s ready to use!
