We also provide high quality clipart designs for everyone who loves to create and design their own unique projects, alongside a selection of lovingly crafted handmade physical products. Additionally, we host a dedicated Homeschool Hubdesigned to support, equip, and encourage parents on their educational journeys.

Digital Printables: These are clearly labeled as "Instant Download" or "Digital PDF File."

Clipart Collections: These are explicitly marked as "Clipart Graphics" or "PNG Design Set" for creative projects.

Physical & Handmade Products: These will feature clear labels indicating they are "Printed & Shipped" or "Handmade Physical Items" delivered straight to your door.

Digital Printables: Our standard digital files are strictly for your own personal, home, or single-classroom use. You may print them as many times as you like for your own household or students, but sharing the digital files or reselling them is strictly prohibited. However, if you want to use our printable resource in your school, multiple classrooms, or community, please purchase our Extended License.

Physical & Handmade Products: Physical items purchased from our shop are for individual ownership and personal or educational use. While customers are welcome to share or pass on their physical copies within their homes or classrooms, commercial duplication or unauthorized replication of our manufactured designs is strictly prohibited. For retail stores and distributors looking to buy bulk quantities for commercial resale, please contact us directly to discuss our official wholesale options.

Yes, absolutely! You can buy both formats together at checkout. The digital products will be available for instant download as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your physical items will be processed separately and shipped to your address according to our standard delivery times.

Yes. One single set can be used commercially for up to 500 product pieces. No license required. Please see the terms and conditions here. For more than 500 product pieces you will need an extended license that can be find here.

If your download button isn't working or the file won't open, please try these quick fixes:

• Step 1: Refresh and Retry — Ensure your internet connection is stable. If you see an error box, refresh your browser page and try clicking the link again in a few minutes.
• Step 2: Check Your Inbox — Payhip automatically sends a download link to your email address immediately after purchase. Check your email (including your junk/spam folder) to see if you can access the files from there.
• Step 3: Update Your Apps — Ensure you have an updated program or app installed to open your files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDFs, or standard extraction software for ZIP folders).

Most of our digital resources are delivered as high-quality PDF or ZIP files. If your file is printing incorrectly or looks distorted, please try these quick steps:

• Step 1: Use Adobe Acrobat Reader — For the cleanest print, we highly recommend opening your PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Reader (which you can download for free here). Printing directly from an internet browser can sometimes cause lines or colors to distort.
• Step 2: Unzip Your Folders — If your purchase came in a ZIP file, make sure to extract or "unzip" the folder on your computer, smartphone, tablet or iPad before clicking print.
• Step 3: Check Your Print Settings — Ensure your printer settings are set to "Fit to Page" or "Scale to 100%" so none of our beautifully designed borders get chopped off at the edges.

Many of our resources include specific printing instructions right inside the file! However, if you are still stuck or need a bit of guidance, please contact us and we will happily help you get your pages printed, in sha Allah

• Digital Downloads & Clipart: Due to the instant nature of digital files, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on any digital products.

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital products or clipart sets.

Accessing your digital files is quick and simple:

• Via Email: As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an automatic invoice email containing a secure link to download your resources instantly. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend it!
• Via Your Account: If you create a customer account before your purchase, all your downloads will be neatly saved for you. You can log into your "My Account" page at any time to access your past, recent, and future files.

Please note: If you checkout as a guest without registering first, your files will not be linked to the "My Account" page, and you will need to download them using your email link.

If you accidentally deleted your files or need to download them onto a new device, you can easily re-access them using either of these two ways:

• Option 1: From Your Invoice Email — Open your original purchase confirmation or invoice email and click the secure download link. It will allow you to download the files again.
• Option 2: From Your Customer Account — If you registered for an account before purchasing, simply log into our website, head to your "My Account" page, and click on "Downloads" to see your full history.

Lost your original email? Don't worry! Please contact us with your name or order details, and we will happily resend your download links straight to your inbox.

Due to the instant, digital nature of our downloadable resources and clipart images, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds if you change your mind or if the product is incompatible with your device.

If you are experiencing a technical glitch or an issue with a broken file, please contact us and we will happily work with you to fix it!

While we hope to expand our shipping zones in the future in sha Allah, we currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. International customers are welcome to purchase any of our instant-download digital resources or clipart collections.

To keep our delivery rates as honest and fair as possible, our pricing is calculated by the number of physical items in your basket:

• First item: £2.99
• Each additional physical item: £0.30 (automatically calculated at checkout)

As a thank you for your support, delivery is completely FREE on all Mainland UK orders of £35 and over!

We understand how excited you are to receive your resources! We do our absolute best to print, pack, and fulfill physical orders within 24 hours.

Once shipped, your package should be with you in 3–5 business days within the UK, depending on the postal service.

Please note: While we work quickly on our end, final delivery times may occasionally vary due to external courier delays or seasonal holiday mail volumes.

• We happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If 24 hours have passed, your order may already be packed or shipped—please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, in sha Allah! Please see our specific refund rules below:

• If cancelled BEFORE dispatch: We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of your notification.
• If cancelled AFTER dispatch: We will refund the cost of the products and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return postage).
• Partial Returns: If you only return part of your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition. For more details or to start a return, please contact us.

To ensure your return can be processed smoothly, please keep the following conditions in mind:

• Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in its value.
• Return Postage: You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods back to us.
• Keeping it Safe: We highly recommend using a trackable postal service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We lovingly print, pack, and dispatch our physical products within 24 hours. As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipment update email so you know your resources are on their way to your doorstep!

Don't worry! You can easily regain access to your account by following these simple steps:

• Step 1: Check Your Status — Ensure you have previously registered an account with us. If you checked out as a guest during your last purchase, you will need to click "Create an Account" using the same email address.
• Step 2: Reset Your Password — If you already have an account but forgot your password, go to the login screen and click the "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password" link.
• Step 3: Follow the Prompts — Enter your registered email address, check your inbox for the password reset email, and follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure new password.

To bring you the best possible resources, we recently updated and refreshed our entire product catalogue. As part of this transition, older versions of past products (both paid and free) have been permanently archived or removed from the website, which may cause a "file not found" error on your dashboard.

How to still access your files:

• Check your original invoice email: You may still be able to download the original files using the link sent to your inbox when you first purchased them.
• Contact us directly: If the email link doesn't work, please contact us with your order details or the name of the resource. We will happily look up your purchase history and make sure you get access to your files!

We offer a safe and secure checkout process. You can pay for your order using any of the following methods:

• PayPal (including your PayPal balance or linked bank account)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc., processed securely via Stripe)

We offer both Standard and Extended licenses depending on how you plan to use our resources. Please find the details for each below:

Standard License (Included with your purchase)

• Digital Downloads: Permissible for use with all children within a single household/family, or with all students within a single classroom setting. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the files with others is strictly prohibited. For full details, please view our Terms and Conditions here.
• Clipart Graphics: Valid for both personal and small-scale commercial use. You may use a single clipart set to produce up to 500 commercial items. Shop credit is required.

Extended License (Purchased separately)

• Digital Downloads: Ideal for schools, co-ops, or larger groups. We offer an Unlimited Shares License if you wish to distribute a resource widely — View options and purchase here.

Clipart Graphics: Ideal for larger production runs and requires no credit. You can choose the size that fits your needs:

• License Green: Production of 500 to 1,000 items (using 1 single clipart set)
• License Blue: Production of 500 to 1,000 items (using up to 5 single clipart sets)
• License Yellow: Unlimited commercial production (using 1 single clipart set) — View options and purchase here.

Each purchase is valid for 1 single user per license.

• For Digital Downloads: The single-user license allows you to use the resource with all children in your own household/family or with all students within your individual classroom setting. It cannot be shared with other families, teachers, or schools unless an Extended License is purchased.
• For Clipart: The license applies strictly to one designer or business owner.

Once your payment is successfully processed, please send a quick confirmation email to info@maryam-creative.com with the following details:

• Your Name & Email Address
• Order ID number
• Name of the Product you purchased the license for
• Name of the Institution (Mosque, school, co-op, or group distribution name)

Once we receive your email, we will verify your details and send you an official email confirmation. Your license will then be fully active and ready to use!

Due to the digital nature of our licenses, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any Extended Licenses once the purchase is complete.
