Digital Downloads & Clipart

Due to the instant, digital nature of our downloadable resources and clipart images, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All digital sales are final.

Physical Products

1. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

• 24-Hour Window: We happily accept cancellations on physical orders if requested within the first 24 hours after purchase. If 24 hours have passed, please contact us immediately to check your order status.
• Refund Timeline: If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full cost of the products and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

2. Returns & Refunds (After Dispatch)

• Standard Returns: If you receive your physical order and wish to send it back, you must return the items no later than 14 days after your cancellation confirmation.
• Refund Process: We will refund the cost of the products and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back (or proof of return postage).
• Partial Returns: If only part of your order is returned, the original outward delivery charge will not be refunded.
• Return Conditions: You are responsible for all return postage costs. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you will be held responsible for any loss in its value.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your physical items arrive damaged in transit, are defective, or do not match what you purchased, we will issue a full refund (products + all shipping costs). Please contact us immediately with your name, address, telephone number, order number, and specific details of the issue (attaching a picture is highly recommended). We will provide instructions on how to return the items to us at no cost to you.
