We take the utmost care in preparing the content of this website, specifically ensuring that all products are fairly described and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Please note that item colours may vary slightly depending on your personal monitor and screen settings.

All materials, designs, and content contained on this website are the intellectual property of Maryam Creative and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without our express written permission.

You must not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a specific licence to do so from us (applicable to both digital downloads and clipart images).

If you download, copy, or use any part of our website in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our platform and resources will cease immediately. At our option, you must immediately return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Password/account security

Placing an order

When placing an order on our website, you will be prompted to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any orders placed by you are strictly subject to these terms. If you are unsure about any of the content within our terms, please feel free to contact us for clarification before completing your purchase.

Delivery & Ownership – Physical Products

The physical products ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Absolute ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including any applicable delivery charges.

Cancellations & Refunds – Physical Products

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your physical order, please notify us immediately by contacting us with your full name, order number, shipping address, telephone number, and the date your order was placed or received. We will reach out to you directly to confirm that your cancellation request has been received.

• Before Dispatch: If you notify us of your cancellation before your items have been packaged and dispatched, we will refund the full order amount (product price + standard shipping costs) within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.
• After Dispatch: If your goods have already been dispatched, you must return them to us no later than 14 days after the day you confirmed your cancellation in order to receive a refund.
• Partial Returns: If only part of an order is cancelled or returned, the original outbound delivery charge will not be refunded.
• Return Conditions: You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging for a refund to be processed. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning items back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take great pride in our physical collections, but if your items are damaged in transit, defective, or do not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Please provide your name, address, phone number, order number, a clear description of the issue, and include photographs of the damage.

We will issue a full refund for the affected products and your original delivery charge, unless a replacement is requested instead. If a replacement item is required, you will not be charged for the new outbound postage. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return the faulty items, and you will not be expected to cover the return postage costs.

Acceptance of your Order

After placing your order, an automated acknowledgement and invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. This email details the products ordered and confirms prices.

Please note that this initial order acknowledgement does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Contract formation and acceptance of your order take place only when your payment has been successfully authorized and your items have been dispatched. We will send you a separate dispatch confirmation email once your package is on its way.

We reserve the right to decline any order or limit supply quantities at our sole discretion. This may occur if a product is out of stock, if we cannot obtain payment authorization, or if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Digital Downloads and Copyright

All digital resources, products, and files downloaded from our website are copyright-protected and remain the intellectual property of Maryam Creative. By purchasing or downloading our files, you agree to the following terms of use:

✅ You MAY:

• Personal Use: Download, print, and save the files on your computer, tablet, or phone for yourself or your immediate family household.
• Classroom Use: Use the resources with all students within a single classroom setting only.
• Print for Use: Print as many physical copies as you need for your own children or your individual students.

❌ You MAY NOT:

Commercialize: Sell our files, or print, laminate, and package them to sell to others for a profit. All digital resources are strictly for non-commercial, personal, or educational use.

Modify or Alter: Alter, modify, translate, or edit any files in any way, shape, or form. This includes changing the original format, changing the language, extracting text/images, or adding, deleting, and altering text.

Distribute or Share: Share, email, or distribute the digital files with other families, teachers, schools, or groups. If you wish to use a resource across a school, madrasah, mosque, or larger group, you must purchase an Extended License.

Publicly Host: Host or upload any Maryam Creative resources on your own website, social media groups, shared drives, or public platforms.

File-Share or Store: Transmit, upload, or store any files on electronic retrieval systems or file-sharing websites (such as Scribd, 4Shared, Box, Google Drive, etc.). Instead, please kindly direct people to our official website to download their own copies.

Clipart and Copyright

Purchasing or downloading our graphics does not transfer ownership. You do not own Maryam Creativeclipart and cannot claim it as your own—copyright to all graphics is strictly retained by Maryam Creative. These terms apply to both free and purchased clipart for personal and commercial use.

All products come with a Standard License. A single clipart set can be used commercially for up to 500 product pieces, and shop credit is required. For mass production over 500 pieces, you must purchase an Extended License (no credit required).

✅ You MAY:

• Personal & Classroom Use: Use our graphics for your own personal use or within a single classroom setting only.
• Educational Products: Use our clipart as a supportive element in posters, worksheets, lesson plans, workbooks, activity pages, flashcards, games, puzzles, puppets, postcards, banners, wall displays, or gift tags. The clipart must be used to support your own original ideas or educational work, not as a standalone collection of images.
• Digital Platforms: Use our graphics as part of an App, Boom Learning Cards, Smart Board, or PowerPoint presentations. However, the graphics must be flattened and locked in a secure format (such as a secure PDF) so they cannot be extracted.

❌ You MAY NOT:

Share or Redistribute: Resell, trade, share, or distribute the clipart files with others. The clipart is for the original purchaser only (1 user per license).

Create Standalone Image Products: Use our graphics on their own to create colouring books, flashcards, posters, or banners without incorporating substantial additional educational content or activities.

Use with Creative Commons: Use Maryam Creative images in any document, resource, or project that is licensed under a Creative Commons license.

Modify or Sub-License: Use our graphics to create new clipart images, fonts, borders, frames, digital paper, or collages to be sold for commercial purposes. You may not change the colours or alter our clipart in any way.

Use for Web Design: Use our clipart (free or purchased) for blog or website design services without purchasing an additional license.

• Use for Print-on-Demand: Use Maryam Creative images on commercial print-on-demand products or lifestyle graphic items (such as T-shirts, stationery, mugs, stickers, notebooks, cards, or caps) without purchasing an additional specific license.

Refunds and Exchanges – Digital Downloads and Clipart

Before purchasing digital downloads or clipart from the Maryam Creative website, please ensure you have the appropriate software to open and use the files. File types are clearly stated on each product description page for your convenience.

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products and clipart images, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or

cancellations once a purchase is complete.



Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using our website, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
